The Group 3 Toy Show Quality (1100m) has drawn an excellent field of 12 fillies and mares looking to add some back type to their resumes at Randwick this Saturday.
Zougotcha is at the top of the bill with 58.5kg after taking out the Group 2 Phar Lap Stakes (1500m) as a three-year-old and finishing in the top half of the field in the Group 1 Doncaster Handicap (1600m).
North Star Lass and Cinderella Days are set to return from a break after going head-to-head in the Group 1 Surround Stakes (1400m) last preparation and look to be well weighted at 54kg.
The James Cummings-trained Parisal is another of the first-up brigade and looks beautifully placed after some terrific barrier trials with Jean Van Overmiere taking the reins.
Petulant is searching for his third-straight win of the campaign, while Mileva did enough in the Group 3 Monash Stakes (1100m) to warrant plenty of respect in this field.
The most intriguing runner may be How’s The Serenity, who has been sent across from Western Australia to join the Hawkes team after winning at Listed level in the Summer Scorcher (1000m) and Miss Andretti Stakes (1200m).
The $250,000 feature is set to run at 3:05pm AEST.
