WELL BUILT’S ‘SOLID FOUNDATIONS’

The Watchdog has earmarked a speedster with ‘structurally sound’ form – at Warrnambool.

And it’s the aptly named Well Built who has been laying down ‘solid foundations’.

He’s won two of his past three starts (67%) and loves the ‘red’ alley, from which he’s three from five (60%).

“He’s drawn to figure prominently. He’s been taking on, and beating, some high-class types…,” The Watchdog said.

But the expert form analyst inferred he’ll need to ‘tame’ Tiger Time who recently contested the Listed Mount Gambier Cup.

“He’s the most gifted chaser in the race, and he just needs an ounce of luck as they negotiate the first bend.”

And he adds Nimble Blaze, who boasts a smart 25.05sec PB here, is an “interesting runner” after having a month off.

“He excels fresh and just needs to get out wide into some clear air.”

Check out The Watchdog’s extensive analysis of tonight’s ‘Must-Watch’ race, along with his best ‘Win’ and ‘Place’ bets in today’s edition of the Daily Mail.
