No one knows Lords Raceway quite like Troy Harley, who has done all the form for you ahead of tonight’s bumper Bendigo Cup card from 7pm.
Troy believes that Shima Shine is the greyhound to beat in the chase for the $50,000 first prize in the Triple M Bendigo Cup, which will be run at half time of tonight’s AFL blockbuster between Collingwood and Essendon.
“Shima Shine has been there and done that, and he’ll probably start a $3 favourite,” Harley said.
“He’s a dual track record holder and Box 5 won’t worry him.”
“He’s a strong greyhound and a nice big greyhound and I think he can back up his performance from last week when he broke the track record in his heat.”
The first of 12 races kicks off at 7.08pm, with the Bendigo Cup to run at 9.09pm and supported by five other feature finals across the card including the Winter Cup, Ready-2-Race Final & the inaugural Battler’s Cup.
