Race 1

5 Orlando Magic: Canterbury raider who wasn’t too bad fresh up last time without much luck. Should atone here today.

3 Robo Trouble: Some nice workout and trial form ahead of today’s resumption. Manners are solid too. Big chance.

2 Helluva Way: Has the ability but the feet aren’t quite going in the right places at the moment. Chance with manners.

7 South Park: Led the charge behind a smart one last time. Beaten a long way, but still in the mix here with good behaviour.

Selections: 5-3-2-7

Race 2

1 Shezdawon: Given a brief let up after an inexplicable flop last time out. Prior form was excellent and can win this.

6 Kennedy: Interesting runner. Always looked better than a maiden and big robust staying type. New trainer. Watch on.

7 Delight N Gold: Lovely run fresh up to finish second. Should be better for that and can get a slice again today.

2 Loissonya: Long time maiden, but more than competitive most of the time. Nice draw and right man in the bike.

Selections: 1-6-7-2

Race 3

4 Edie Jaccka: A little unlucky last time out but still found the line nicely for second. Right kind of race and right kind of draw.

6 Rosinupthebow: Hit the line with real purpose to finish second last time out. Always there or there abouts. Same here.

14 Swift Robyn: All runs since resuming this season have been full of merit. Cops another horror draw but running on strong.

3 Ellnbac: No star and won’t win them in the row but does go well on the fresh side and gets a good draw here.

Selections: 4-6-14-3

Race 4

11 Rydgemont Son: Has the ability to step up and crush this field. Manners the issue. Patient hands will get the chocolates.

5 Alpine Retreat: Put them to the sword last week and won with authority. Grade rise not too much of a concern. Go again.

3 Spotlight The Valley: Facing a massive drop in grade for today’s assignment. Genuine trotter who is never too far away.

1 Only One Way: Nice type back from a spell and thus far manners have been pretty good. Will give it a good shake.

Selections: 11-5-3-1

Race 5

2 Stingray Tara: Nice enough run in a fresh state last time out. Should be improved and this isn’t a strong field. Nice each way.

4 Malinka: A long way from home, but won’t be just here to make up the numbers. Grass track been the go, but can perform.

1 Ronnie Pickering: Took on a hot field fresh up and wasn’t too bad. Better for it and a good draw here.

9 Kramer: Hit the line strongly for second last time out. Not the worst here, especially from what could be a good draw.

Selections: 2-4-1-9

Race 6

8 Need You Now: Stepped up and won with authority at Addington after strong maiden win. Destined for better things.

1 Kickupyaheels: Pushed Need You Now close on debut then got it wrong last time. Shot at redemption coming here?

4 Plutonium Lady: Massive run last week at Addington after getting a long way back. Can certainly get amongst it all here.

2 American Eyretime: Only a maiden, but two very good runs from bad draws to open the career. Can be a player here.

Selections: 8-1-4-2

Race 7

4 Burnham Boy: Mark Jones trained runner here on debut with nice trial and workout form. Ottley in the bike. Yes.

5 Hold Thumbs: Copped a bit of bad luck on debut, but is better than that. Seeking big improvement today but it can happen.

10 Major Meister: Putting in some big strides last in the piece on debut for fourth. Quiet run through here and he can get a bit.

8 Vergeofgreatness: Runs back from a spell have all been very good and very unlucky. Looking to turn that around here.

Selections: 4-5-10-8

Race 8

8 Majestic Man: Up and coming trotter with big challenges ahead. Big handicap, but speed to burn. Should be winning.

6 Le Lievre’s Gift: Group one placed last season. Goes well fresh and a long way from home. Can give it a good shake.

7 Monty Python: Put it to them last week and just come up short. Fitter and fitter each time. Nice place bet.

5 Robbie Royale: Trotting like a stag at the moment and very good winning last week. No reason why he can’t offer up again.

Selections: 8-6-7-5

Race 9

14 American Mac: Worked hard to get handy last time out and it told late. Better than that run. Tricky again, but good enough.

4 Jacks N Jazz: Not bad last time out. Robust pacer who might put them to the sword here and could prove hard to run down.

12 Glacier Coaster: In great form but won’t find a spot on the speed quite so easily here. Might have to run at them late.

5 Paduka: Likely to press forward from the draw and while no superstar, can certainly give a good strong honest account.

Selections: 14-4-12-5

Race 10

10 Bridesdale Robyn: Really nice type resuming. Sharp trial performance and can round this field up in a heartbeat. Nice bet.

8 I’allaboutthebase: Gate speed to burn and might look to do it from the outside here. Nice trial effort. Not the worst.

6 Ideal Draw: Handy effort last week behind a smart one. Couple of other smart ones here but has draw advantage.

2 Elva Jaccka: Hard horse to catch but run behind Franco Santino four back for second was very good. Could surprise from the draw.

Selections: 10-8-6-2

BEST: 10 Bridesdale Robyn (Race 10)

NEXT: 8 Majestic Man (Race 8)

VALUE: 1 Shezdawon (Race 2)
