Little Avondale Stud will host their annual stallion parade at midday on Friday 9th of September.
The Masterton-based farm will showcase their two stallions giving those in attendance the opportunity to get up close and personal with proven sire Per Incanto, champion stallion in Hong Kong and sire of Group One winners Roch ‘N’ Horse, Shadows Cast, Dal Cielo and Santa Monica.
Time Test, the only sire with three runners in this year’s Karaka 2YO million (1200m), will also be paraded. The son of Dubawi currently has four stakes winners in the Northern Hemisphere and two New Zealand stakes performers from his first southern hemisphere crop including Listed Futurity Stakes winner Leedox.
Time Test is standing at $10,000 +GST this season while Per Incanto has a fee of $50,000 +GST.
The Wairarapa farm have timed the parade to give people enough time to drive to Hastings to attend the 2022 NZTBA Hawke’s Bay/Poverty Bay Branch Racing Breeding Awards Cocktail Evening on Friday ahead of racing at the Hawke’s Bay track on Saturday.
