Form expert Dale Code has picked out a selection of runs from around Victoria that have caught the eye over the past fortnight.
#1 YOUR COLOUR ROOM (Box 8)
Breeding: Jan ’21 Zambora Brockie x Pretty Bomb
Trainer: Andrew Paraskevas, Pearcedale
Record: 2 starts 2-0-0
Dale says: Your Colour Room featured in last week’s edition of Dogs to Follow, however there’s no denying that this run is worth another look.
At just his second start, this greyhound showed incredible maturity to score a last-to-first win in a maiden final which left onlookers gobsmacked.

#2 DAINTREE LAD (Box 8)
Breeding: Feb ’20 Xtreme Knocka x Freedom Fire
Trainer: John Carr, Devon Meadows
Record: 41 starts 6-6-5
Dale says: The long trek from Devon Meadows to Bendigo proved a sweet one for John Carr, as Daintree Lad produced a performance to remember.
Starting slowly, he chipped away at the lead, and eventually found a gap between runners in the dying stages, sticking his neck out at the right moment and scoring an eye-catching win.

#3 SUNNYSIDE JO (Box 1)
Breeding: Jan ’21 My Redeemer x Minter Bee
Trainer: Matthew Clark, Briagolong
Record: 7 starts 4-0-2
Dale says: Sunnyside Jo looked gone for all money when copping interference and losing considerable ground.
However, the favourite quickly found another gear, overtaking her counterparts with ease before pinching the win right on the line.
