Sunsource for the Trent Busuttin & Natalie Young stable has shown a very clean pair of heels to fly home over the top of his rivals in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic at Ballarat.
The $370,000 Gold Coast Magic Millions yearling looks to be a very smart colt and could prove to be a cheap buy for the training duo.
The son of Zoustar had won two of his three jump-outs before his debut on Saturday, proving that they were no fluke as he went onto record a debut win and juicy odds for the trial watchers at $11 with online bookmakers.

Trent Busuttin spoke to Racing.com after the race about his colts stylish and smart debut.
“He was slow away and obviously you’re watching your own horse, but you could see at the 600 (metres) that he coming up underneath Daniel (Moor) and even though he was a fair way off them it looked like he was gonna let down.”
Busuttin explained that his horse missed the start by a length or two but he was able to pick and finish off the job.
“In his last trial he got back and ran on, so you’re not confident early, but at the 300 I thought he was really gonna charge late.
“He’ll definitely have one run, maybe two, he’s a big gross colt.”
Busuttin finished his interview by confirming that Sunsource will be going to the Magic Million 2YO Classic on the Gold Coast in January.
Daniel Moor picked up his first win on Ballarat Cup Day in the third race of the day with a decent book of rides to come.
“I didn’t want to rush this horse because I know how much ability he’s got and that’s good ability.”
Moor spoke post-race about how good this colt is and could be.
“I believe he’s got the ability to buck the trend of this race being an ordinary form race.
“Yeah it would be nice to stick with him, I’ve had a lot of success in these colours so let’s keep it going.”
Moor spoke glowingly about this talented colt and he looks to be one to follow.
