Assistance available for flood affected participants

Greyhound Racing Victoria is urging any participant who may be affected by the current flood situation in Victoria to call (03) 8329 1100 or contact racingservices@grv.org.au, or their local greyhound racing club.

Acting CEO Stuart Laing said although staff had been contacting participants who may be affected, he wanted to make sure that anyone who needed assistance could reach out to GRV in return.

“We understand that there may be future issues with meat supply in some areas and we would like to hear from anyone who is in this situation, or if any kennels are under threat by rising waters and dogs need rekenneling for a short period of time”.

“If you need us simply make contact and we will help where we are able”, said Mr Laing.
