Best Bet at Werribee: Sacred Fort
Sacred Fort is a 10-start maiden, but considering he has been racing in tougher maidens than what he faces on Sunday, he should finally bring up that elusive success. The three-year-old gelding was forced wide when making his run at Rosehill and did well to finish within three lengths of his rivals. The Tassort gelding should find this easier and from barrier three should gain the run of the race throughout when stalking the speed. With a sharp turn of foot, Sacred Fort looks to good for this field.
