REVOLUTION (1) – victorious seven times from 11 starts – showed enormous potential in his first preparation, and he has returned to racing in fine style with two brilliant performances up the Healesville straight. He has come up with the inside draw and a clean getaway should see him go close. DEEP WITTS (2) – triumphant five times from 12 starts – resumes from a spell and if he is fully fit, he will make REVOLUTION work overtime. He scored some scorching wins here over 460m when last in work and he appears to be the real deal. If either one of these runners gain a clear passage, a sub 22.20sec run could be on the cards.

If he can step on terms, he should have the pace to hold the lead and he can then zip away in the middle stages.
