Track specialist Hello George – racing for the first time since January 16 – and Slingshot Reaper – victorious in his last three races – clash in a 300m Free For All at Healesville in the latter stages of the morning.
Duncan also has an affinity with the Healesville straight and he is the headline act in a 350m Free For All.
Promising chasers Kelsey Bale – second in a heat of the G3 Country Championship – and Archie’s Entity highlight a 515m Mixed 6/7 heat, while 15-length debut winner Amron Boy lines up in another 515m Mixed 6/7 heat.

Sunday 27 February
$6 Win – KELSEY BALE
Must Watch Race
Mixed Grade 6/7 Heat
Sandown Park Race 3
Box 1 515m 2:49pm
TAB fixed odds: $1.70 Win
The Watchdog says : KELSEY BALE (1) – second in a heat of the G3 Country Championship – is a genuine star prospect and from the inside draw she should be able to hold the top at the bend and then boot away in the middle stages. ARCHIE’S ENTITY (4) is a rocket; however, he is going to need to run sub 29.30sec to reel her in.
‘Must Watch Race’ Preview :
KELSEY BALE (1) has only had the four starts, but she did carve out a blistering 25.59sec at Geelong in only her second start and she was dynamic when placed at Warragul. From the red draw, she should be able to hold the top through the bend and a sub 29.30sec run should be on the cards. ARCHIE’S ENTITY (4) has been enormous in his past two at Warragul and he gives the indication that the 500m journey should suit. He put everyone on alert with a breathtaking 22.33sec win over 400m and he then made the step up to 460m and stopped the timer in a ridiculous 25.64sec. The draw hasn’t done him any favours as he may have to sit outside ‘Kelsey’ for the entire journey, and he may get a little tired in the run home.

The Watchdog’s selections: 1 – 4 – 8 – 7
$4 Win – BILALI
Sandown Park Race 4 Box 6 515m 3:14pm
TAB fixed odds: $7 Win

The Watchdog says : He has turned in some handy performances to date and with the empty draw inside, he should get plenty of room to muster pace and assume control at the bend. There are a couple of handy ones drawn inside but he is just as talented and represents value at that price.
