Wily veteran Speed Star takes on the might of Equalizer in a fascinating race at Geelong tonight.
It could be built as the old stager versus the emerging star, or even the lightning beginner versus the powerful finisher.
Either way it will be must-watch viewing, and with The Watchdog returning a 25% profit over the past seven days it may well be worth reading his take on the race in today’s Daily Mail.
The Watchdog was in terrific form in his regular role as a panellist on SEN Track’s ‘The Lids Fly’ program last night.
The form expert was pitted against Thrill of the Chase TV co-host Mitch Ebeyer and Miles ‘Phitzmagic’ Pfitzner in a Return on Investment battle across greyhound meetings at Sandown Park, Warrnambool and Dapto.
Each tipster invested 56 units across the night, with The Watchdog returning 107.4 units, equating to a profit of 96%.
His winners included Ha Ha Magoo ($5.30) and Hadouken ($4.20), both victorious at Sandown Park.
Tune into ‘The Lids Fly’ every Thursday from 6-10pm on SEN Track.
