Jim Conlan charged over Caffeine positive Mornington-based trainer Jim Conlan has been charged under Australian Rule of Racing 240(2) after a pre-race blood sample from his galloper Wealdstone tested positive to caffeine and its metabolites, Theophylline and Theobromine.
